After 4 years of lectures, coursework, projects, dissertations and exams, its finally time for me to enter the real world. My time at Swansea University has come to an end.
Just over a week ago I was given the result of all this hard work – a Master of Engineering in Computing with Upper Second Class [...]

Now exams are over, its finally time to relax (if thats what you call it!). A group of us went to Oakwood today (Gareth, Helen, Mark, Ian, Sarah, James, Sean, Charlie, Rhian and Arie). The weather was pretty good – not too hot but not overcast either which made a change.

Woo! Exams are over!
The last one went really well I think. Despite there being a fantastic mistake in the paper.

I only have one exam to go before I finish for the summer. Exams so far have gone pretty well (at least I hope so!). This last one – Generic Programming & Design Patterns should be over by 4pm tomorrow. After that, I expect a visit to the pub will be necessary.

The last few weeks have literally been non-stop work. The beginning of January was taken up with working [...]

Hot weather and exams

Why is it that every time we have exams, it becomes really hot and sunny! It’s really not fair. I want to be out enjoying the sun, but instead I’m tuck inside revising for these exams next week. Typical!
I had my first exam yesterday (Friday) so only got another 5 to go. Luckily the exam [...]
This Month in Review
May 31st, 2006 by Dafydd Vaughan. No Comments.
Well, yet again this month has disappeared unbelievably quickly. I’m sure only the other day I was writing a review of last month. Oh well, I suppose that’s just the way things go.
In what I am aiming to be a new tradition, I have decided that at the end of every month to [...]
83 Brynymor Road

After the best part of a year with bad heating, annoying landlords, slow ovens, lecturer’s strikes, builders causing havoc, and missing flatmates, it is nearly time to say goodbye to 83 Brynymor Road. In just over a month we will be officially finishing our second year at Swansea and leaving the flat above the shop.
Despite [...]
